ShipWorks is a very feature-rich platform. It is hard to imagine any printer would not be compatible with ShipWorks. Because of its wide support, a few one-time steps are required to complete the setup.
With ShipWorks you would be using a regular standard 4x6 label which is available in
Manage> Template Manager> Section called Labels
You can adjust those settings per carrier under
Manage>Shipping Settings> Select carrier> Printing
where it "always print standard 4x6" like the screenshot below.
