Adding BigCommerce to your Rollo Ship Manager account offers many benefits including easily creating 4x6 shipping labels for your BigCommerce orders, being notified when new orders are available, processing all your orders from the Rollo Ship Manager, and easily printing to your Rollo printer. BigCommerce will be automatically notified of the tracking number once you make a label in Rollo Ship Manager.
On Rollo Ship Manager iOS or Android App
1. Launch the Rollo App and Login
2. Press on the Menu Icon located at top left of the screen
3. Choose "Connections" and select "Selling Channels"
4. Press "ADD NEW" and choose BigCommerce
5. Log in to your BigCommerce account and go to Advanced Settings → API Accounts
6. Press "Create API Account" button and choose "Create V2/V3 API Token"
7. Enter your desired name for the token.
8.Copy API Path value and put it into the Store Hash field at Rollo Ship Manager.
9. Select scopes:
- Information & settings – read-only;
- Orders – modify;
- Products – read-only.
10. Click Save. Copy Client ID and Access Token into the Rollo Ship Manager form and click Connect.
11. Your current and future BigCommerce orders will be available for shipping within a few moments in Rollo Ship Manager.
On Rollo Ship Manager Web
1. Login to Rollo Ship Manager
2. Click on "Connection" on the top menu and choose "Selling Channels"
3. Scroll down and click on the BigCommerce logo.
4. Log in to your BigCommerce account and go to Advanced Settings → API Accounts
5. Press "Create API Account" button and choose "Create V2/V3 API Token"
6. Enter your desired name for the token.
7.Copy API Path value and put it into the Store Hash field at Rollo Ship Manager.
8. Select scopes:
- Information & settings – read-only;
- Orders – modify;
- Products – read-only.
9. Click Save. Copy Client ID and Access Token into the Rollo Ship Manager form and click Connect.
10. Your current and future BigCommerce orders will be available for shipping within a few moments in Rollo Ship Manager.
