Your Rollo prints Amazon shipping labels and FNSKU barcode labels without any special software. The key is telling Amazon Seller Central to generate labels as 4 x 6 inch PDF files for a thermal printer, so they come out full size and ready to print.

Use Rollo Ship with your Amazon orders

You can also connect your Amazon store to Rollo Ship (ship.rollo.com) to import orders, buy discounted labels, and print them to your Rollo. For more details, please see Amazon

Click Update All Markets to pull in your orders.

* One important limit: Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments are not supported in Rollo Ship. FBA box labels and partnered carrier labels must be created in Seller Central. You can still print those labels on your Rollo using the 4 x 6 settings above.

If your Amazon orders are not syncing:

1. Go to Connections, then Selling Channels, click Edit on Amazon, and delete the connection.

2. Log out of Rollo Ship, then log back in.

3. Reconnect Amazon under Connections, then Selling Channels.

4. Click Update All Markets once.

5. Still not connecting? Clear your browser's cache and cookies, close and reopen the browser, and log in again. If that does not help, try a different browser, or try connecting from the Rollo app (make sure the app is up to date).

Set Amazon to generate 4x6 thermal labels

If your Amazon labels print very small, or they come out on a letter-size page, fix it in Seller Central first.

1. Log in to Amazon Seller Central.

2. Go to Settings (top right), then Shipping Settings.

3. Select Label Preferences.

4. Set Label size to 4" x 6" and Printer type to Thermal printer.

5. Click Save changes.

6. Buy your next label and print it to your Rollo as usual.

You can also check this while buying shipping for an order. After you enter the package details, click Label print orientation and confirm the format is set to 4 x 6 inches. Choose PDF format for the best quality. This also fixes labels that download as ZPL files, which many computers cannot open directly.

Already bought labels in the 8.5 x 11 format? You can crop them. Save the label as a PDF, open it in a PDF app such as Adobe Acrobat, take a snapshot of just the label area, rotate it if needed, then print the cropped label. Setting the 4 x 6 preference above avoids this extra work on future orders.

Print FNSKU and SKU barcode labels

You can generate FNSKU labels from Seller Central (or a listing tool) and print them on your Rollo.

1. Generate the FNSKU labels in the exact size of the labels loaded in your printer.

2. When printing, select the paper size that matches your label stock exactly. A mismatch is the usual reason barcodes drift off center after the first page.

3. If the print position still drifts on a wired Rollo, recalibrate:

         * Turn the printer off and remove the labels.

         * Unplug the USB cable from your computer.

         * Turn the printer on and load a good stack of labels (not single labels), print side up.

         * Press and hold the top circular button and release it after one beep. The labels move back and forth and stop at the tear-off point.

         * When the light is green, reconnect the USB cable and print again.

5. Printing a smaller FNSKU size for the first time? Add that size as a custom label size in your printer settings so it is available when you print.

A quick FNSKU note: Amazon requires an FNSKU barcode on items that cannot be tracked by a manufacturer barcode, such as products without a scannable UPC or EAN. Print them clearly and test that they scan before shipping inventory in.

Print many labels at once

Your Rollo can print a whole batch in one go, as long as the labels are in a single file.

1. If your labels arrive as separate PDF files, or several labels per page, combine them into one PDF first with a PDF merge tool. Then print the merged file in one job.

2. If you use a bulk-buy tool that sends each label as its own print job and you see errors or long pauses between labels, log out of Seller Central and back in, uninstall and reinstall the printing tool (for example, QZ Tray), and try a different browser.

Labels printing light or barcodes not scanning?

Open your Rollo printing preferences on your computer and raise the print density (try 10) and lower the speed (try 6), then print again. Cleaning the print head and roller helps too, and low quality label stock can also print faded.
