Printing USPS labels

Enter the destination, weight, and dimensions, compare rates, then buy the label from your wallet and print it directly from Rollo Ship.

Rollo Ship works with any compatible printer. A USPS label is a standard 4×6 image, so any inkjet, laser, or thermal printer produces a valid one — print on plain paper and use tape or a pouch, or print an adhesive label on a 4×6 thermal printer.

Every label stays in your shipment history. If a print job jams or a label tears, reprint it from the same record at no extra charge.

The first 200 labels have a $0 service fee; postage is still paid. After that, labels are 5¢ each, dropping to as low as 1¢ at the VIP tier of Rollo Rewards.

Every shipment counts towards your Rollo Rewards. More at: https://www.rollo.com/rewards/

Scheduling a free USPS pickup

Schedule a USPS pickup directly in Rollo Ship once your labels are created, from web, iOS, or Android. A carrier collects the parcels on the next delivery round, so there is no trip to the post office and no queue.

USPS pickups are free.

You can also drop parcels at any post office or blue collection box, or hand them to your regular mail carrier.

FAQ

Do I need my own USPS account?

No. USPS is built into Rollo Ship, and the discounted rates come with the free account. There is no connect-your-own step and no separate USPS sign-up.

How much does a USPS label cost?

The first 200 labels have a $0 service fee, then 5¢ each, dropping to as low as 1¢ at the VIP tier of Rollo Rewards. Postage is paid separately from your wallet at the discounted USPS rate.

Is the USPS pickup free?

Yes. Schedule it in Rollo Ship after your labels are created and a carrier collects the parcels on the next delivery round. You can also drop off at a post office or collection box instead.

Which printer do I need?

Any printer. A USPS label is a standard 4×6 image — print it on plain paper with tape or a pouch, or on any 4×6 thermal printer. Rollo Ship is not tied to Rollo hardware.

Can I compare USPS against other carriers?

Yes. Rollo Ship shows live rates and delivery estimates across USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post and Purolator side by side, from the same shipment screen.
