There is no self-service option in the Rollo Ship dashboard to add team members yet. However, Rollo support can now add "sub-users" to your account on request, and each sub-user gets their own login. Contact support with the details below to get started.
1. Contact Rollo support by chat at rollo.com, or reply to any open support email.
2. Inform the representative that you want to add a sub-user to your Rollo Ship account.
3. Provide the following details for each person you want to add:
Your main Rollo Ship account email
Sub-user's first name and last name
Sub-user's email address (it must not already be registered with Rollo)
Sub-user's phone number (it must not be associated with any other Rollo Ship account)
Sub-user's position or role
4. Tell support whether the sub-user should have full or limited access.
5. Support forwards your request to the account team. Requests are subject to approval, and you may be asked to complete account verification first. If so, open the Rollo app or go to ship.rollo.com and follow the on-screen verification steps.
6. Once approved, the sub-user receives an email with login instructions and a temporary password. They sign in with their own email and can then change the password.
* The sub-user's email cannot already belong to a Rollo account. If your team member already created their own Rollo Ship account with that email, they would need to delete it first (log in at ship.rollo.com, click the profile name, then Delete Account). Even then, a previously registered email may not be accepted, so a fresh email is safest.
* Sub-users see the same dashboard as the main account. There is currently no way to hide sales totals, prices, or the account balance from a sub-user. You can suggest this feature at rollo.com/suggest.
If you prefer not to add sub-users, your team can share the main account safely using an authenticator app instead of email codes.
1. Log in to your Rollo Ship account on the web.
2. Click your profile name in the upper right, then click Settings.
3. Click Verification Code Settings and select Authenticator Application.
4. Follow the on-screen steps. The first user should save the QR code and the long setup code so other team members can add the same account to their own authenticator apps (Google Authenticator or similar).
5. From then on, each person signs in with the shared email and password, then enters the code from their own authenticator app. No one has to wait for an email code from the account owner's inbox.
