You can print labels from an Android phone or tablet with the Rollo app once your Rollo Wireless (X1040) is connected to the same WiFi network as your device. Install the latest app from Google Play, sign in, and print your label.

1. Install the Rollo app from the Google Play Store. If it is already installed, check Google Play for an update. Older versions cause login and printing issues.

2. Connect your Rollo Wireless (X1040) to the same WiFi network as your Android device.

3. Open the app and sign in with your Rollo account.

4. Go to Menu, Rollo printer, then Set up printer

1. Save your shipping label as a PDF file. Most selling channels let you download the label as a PDF.

2. Open the label  and print to your Rollo printer.

3. If the print fails or comes out wrong, confirm your phone and the printer are on the same WiFi network, then try again.

1. Uninstall the Rollo app, then reinstall the latest version from Google Play.

2. Open the app and tap Forgot Password.

3. Enter your email address and tap Reset Password.

4. Check your inbox for the reset email. Check your spam folder too.

5. Create a new password. It needs at least 7 characters, one number, one uppercase letter, and one lowercase letter, and it cannot match your last 3 passwords.

6. A window will ask for a one-time verification code. Get the code from your email, enter it, and tap Continue.

7. Sign in with your new password.
