Creating the shipment
Open a Canada-origin shipment and enter the destination, weight, and dimensions. UPS rates appear alongside carriers such as Canada Post, with dimensional weight already calculated. Rates can change, and a carrier can re-rate a label after purchase.
Buy the label from the wallet and print it from Rollo Ship. Rollo Ship works with any compatible printer: a UPS label is a standard 4×6 image, so any inkjet, laser, or thermal printer produces a valid one. There is no monthly subscription.
Canadian shippers are billed in CAD. There is no label fee on your first 200 labels; postage is still paid. On Canadian accounts, Rollo Rewards per-label fees run 5¢ CAD down to 1¢ CAD by Rewards level, the same amounts as the US, charged in Canadian cents with no currency conversion.
Saturday delivery in Canada
Since 2024, UPS has offered committed Saturday ground delivery of residential shipments within Canada and to and from the United States. Eligible parcels arrive up to two days sooner at no additional cost above Monday-to-Friday rates, and are identified automatically — nothing changes in how you create the label.
Since 2025, optional Saturday delivery to commercial addresses is available on UPS Standard® for an additional fee.
Eligibility is based on origin postal code, UPS-defined Saturday service territory, and residential address classification or available UPS Access Point® locations.

UPS assesses duties, taxes and brokerage after the parcel crosses the border. UPS Paperless® Invoice transmits customs data digitally, so no printed invoices need attaching. Check the list of prohibited and restricted items on UPS.com before shipping something unusual.
Pickups and drop-off
Book a UPS On-Call Pickup® in Rollo Ship once the label is created. The pickup fee is set by UPS, with no Rollo markup. The fee depends on the pickup date you request. UPS lists pickup fees in Canada from CA$1.75 to CA$5.70 in 2026, plus a CA$5.05 surcharge for residential pickups; check current amounts in the official UPS Canada 2026 rate guide.
To drop off, Canada has 1,500+ UPS Access Point® locations, including The UPS Store® (over 400 across Canada), UPS Customer Centre, and Staples.
Returns, reprints, and unused labels
Generate a prepaid return label from the original shipment. Return labels are charged at full price when you create them, not when they're scanned or used.
Every label stays in your shipment history — reprint a jammed or torn label at no extra charge.
UPS labels have no hard expiry date, but the rate is tied to the day the label was created.

Do I need my own UPS account?
No. UPS is built in for Canada-origin shipments. There is no connect-your-own step, no subscription, and no monthly shipping minimum.
Can I use these UPS rates from a US origin?
The rates and discounts on this page apply to shipments originating in Canada. For shipping from the U.S., see UPS USA and Rollo Ship.
Are duties, taxes and brokerage included in the rate?
No. The rate at label creation is a transportation rate, inclusive of applicable fuel and residential surcharges. Duties, taxes and customs brokerage are assessed separately by UPS on cross-border shipments.
Which printer do I need?
Any printer. A UPS label is a standard 4×6 image — print it on plain paper with tape or a pouch, or on any 4×6 thermal printer. Rollo Ship is not tied to Rollo hardware.
Can I print multiple UPS labels at once?
Yes, for grouped orders. Rollo Ship imports orders from connected stores. Group similar orders, then buy and print their labels together in one batch.
