Service availability depends on origin, destination, and package dimensions. Delivery commitments are UPS's own and apply to shipments originating in the United States.

Creating the shipment

Open a US-origin shipment and enter the destination, weight, and dimensions. UPS rates appear alongside carriers such as USPS, with dimensional weight already calculated — the rate shown is the rate charged.

Buy the label from the wallet and print it from Rollo Ship. Rollo Ship works with any compatible printer: a UPS label is a standard 4×6 image, so any inkjet, laser, or thermal printer produces a valid one. There is no monthly subscription.

The first 200 labels have a $0 service fee; postage is still paid.

After that, labels are 5¢ each, dropping to as low as 1¢ at the VIP tier of Rollo Rewards.

Saturday service in the United States

UPS offers Saturday pickup for all service levels in the contiguous 48 states, and Saturday commercial delivery.

Saturday residential delivery reaches more than 100 metro areas at no additional cost for select UPS® Ground packages. Packages with a committed delivery day of Monday or Tuesday may be eligible for delivery the Saturday before, in territories eligible for Saturday residential delivery.

What the rate includes

Included at label creation:

  • Transportation for the UPS service selected
  • Fuel Surcharge and Residential Surcharge on all services
  • Delivery Area Surcharge on domestic services
  • Dimensional weight

Billed separately by UPS:

  • Duties and taxes on international shipments
  • Customs brokerage charges
  • Other additional applicable charges and taxes

Rollo Ship estimates duties, taxes, and brokerage before you ship so you can quote a customer; UPS assesses the actual charges after the parcel crosses. UPS Paperless® Invoice transmits customs data digitally, so no printed invoices need attaching.

UPS restricts shipment of certain items for legal and safety reasons. Check the list of prohibited and restricted items on UPS.com before you ship something unusual — shipping a restricted item can mean confiscated merchandise and closure of the UPS shipping account.

Pickups and drop-off

Book a UPS On-Call Pickup® in Rollo Ship once the label is created, or add a Daily Pickup for a small fee if you ship regular volume.

To drop off, there are more than 16,000 UPS Access Point® locations in the U.S., including The UPS Store® (over 5,200 locations), Michaels, CVS, Advance Auto Parts, and Staples. UPS® Drop Box locations accept shipments 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 92% of the U.S. population lives within five miles of a UPS Access Point® location.

Returns, reprints, and unused labels

Generate a prepaid return label from the original shipment. Return labels are billed only when scanned into the network.

Every label stays in your shipment history — reprint a jammed or torn label at no extra charge.

UPS labels have no hard expiry date, but the rate is tied to the day the label was created. Void any label you will not use before your billing period closes.

FAQ

Do I need my own UPS account?

No. UPS is built in for US-origin shipments. There is no connect-your-own step, no subscription, no business-verification requirement, and no monthly shipping minimum.

Can I use these UPS rates from a Canadian origin?

The rates and discounts on this page apply to shipments originating in the United States. Rollo Ship also supports Canada-origin UPS shipping from the same account, at Canadian rates.

Are duties, taxes and brokerage included in the rate?

No. The rate at label creation is a transportation rate, including Fuel and Residential Surcharges on all services and Delivery Area Surcharge on domestic services. Duties, taxes, and customs brokerage are assessed separately by UPS on international shipments.

Which printer do I need?

Any printer. A UPS label is a standard 4×6 image — print it on plain paper with tape or a pouch, or on any 4×6 thermal printer. Rollo Ship is not tied to Rollo hardware.

Can I print multiple UPS labels at once?

Yes. Rollo Ship imports orders from connected stores, groups similar parcels, applies your saved shipping rules, and sends the whole batch to your printer in one print job.

Does UPS deliver on Saturdays?

Saturday commercial delivery is available, and Saturday residential delivery reaches more than 100 U.S. metro areas at no additional cost for select UPS® Ground packages. Saturday pickup is available for all service levels in the contiguous 48 states.
