Connect your Purolator account once, and Purolator services appear on the Summary screen next to the built-in Canada Post and UPS® services and any connected FedEx® account. You ship on your own negotiated Purolator rates, with no Rollo discount, and pay for Purolator labels from your prepaid Rollo Ship Wallet.

How to connect Purolator
- Sign in at ship.rollo.com (or create a free account from Canada).
- Open your Connections - Shipping Carriers.
- Under Or add a new shipping carrier, choose Connect an Existing Purolator Account.
- Enter your Purolator Account Number, API Key and API Secret, then click CONNECT.
- Start a shipment with + CREATE QUICK SHIPMENT. Purolator services now show on the Summary screen next to the built-in carriers.
Open Connections, then Shipping Carriers.
Choose Connect an Existing Purolator Account.
Enter your Purolator account details and click CONNECT.
What Purolator shipments cost
There are two separate costs:
- Purolator postage: your own negotiated Purolator rate for the destination, weight, dimensions and service you choose. Rollo Ship does not add to it or discount it. You pay it from your prepaid Rollo Ship Wallet when you buy the label.
- Rollo Ship label fee: no label fee on your first 200 labels with any carrier. After that, it's 5¢ per label, down to 1¢ with Rollo Rewards: 5¢ at Newbie and Basic, 3¢ at Pro, 2¢ at Expert, and 1¢ at VIP.

Purolator services
Services commonly available on a connected Purolator account include:
- Purolator Express, including the timed 9 AM, 10:30 AM, and 12 PM delivery windows
- Purolator Express Box, Envelope and Pack (flat-packaging options)
- Purolator Ground, including Ground Distribution
- Purolator Quick Ship
- To the U.S.: Purolator Ground U.S. and Purolator Express U.S.
Which services you see, and at what rate, depends on your Purolator account and the lane. If a service is missing, your account is not set up to sell it on that route. Delivery commitments are Purolator's own.
Printing and pickups
Buy the label in Rollo Ship and print it directly. Rollo Ship works with any compatible printer: print the 4x6 label on plain paper and use tape or a pouch, or print an adhesive label on a 4x6 thermal printer. Every label stays in your shipment history, so you can reprint it from the same record. Void any label you won't use.
Pickups: because you connect your own Purolator account, you book Purolator pickups with Purolator. Pickup fees depend on your Purolator account terms.
